Remedy For Sinus

What is the best cure for dry Sinuses. Bad nose pain and blood?

I think I have a Sinus infection but my doctor isn’t open until Monday. My sinuses are very dry and there are small amounts of blood when I blow my nose. It is very painful. What can I do to ease the pain for the next few days?

Over the counter ibuprofen, acetaminophen or ask the pharmacist. But, why don’t you go to a urgent/first care.
