What are the BEST cures for a sore throat?
I just had surgery 3days ago on my Sinuses and my throat is KILLING me.It even hurts to swallo water.I told my DR he said that is typical after surgery he could prescribe something, but we are BROKE and I need a fast, effective, cheap way to cure my soar throat, I’m already in enough pain from the surgery, I don’t need any additional pain 
Some cough drops, salty water, AND maybe sething cheap like Tylonol
