Is there a healthier alternative to Advil for chronic headaches?

I am in my early twenties, and have dealt with chronic Sinus headaches and migraines for as long as I can remember. I have tried everything under the sun and over it to ease their frequency or intensity but nothing has helped in the past. I’ve already tried diet and excercise although I am reasonably healthy, in addition to herbal supplements, home remedies, and multiple painkillers- tylenol, aspirin and excedrin do little, advil and aleve help 80% of the time. I am looking at getting pregnant in the next year, and don’t want to be taking a lot of painkillers during that time unless it’s absolutely necessary- but this is not an issue of ignoring it (which I am VERY good at), sometimes these things just make me completely unfunctionable at work and at home. So, is there an over-the-counter option that I have just overlooked? Any out of the ordinary things that have worked for others? Thanks in advance.

I’ve had chronic headaches myself, so I know how much trouble it can be. Through the years, I’ve found a couple things help-
Water- make sure you’re hydrated.
Magnesium- I read somewhere that people with chronic migraines are lacking in magnesium, so that might be an option.
Feverfew- Useful with fevers, helps to restrict the blood flow, which sometimes will help headaches as well.
Kava Kava- I only use this on occaision, but it can help with tension headaches.
Also, hot showers, baths, stretching and tea help to keep my headaches at bay. You could also try some aromatherapy. I hear that mint and lavendar are good scents to work with. Hope that helps.
