Remedy For Sinus

Does this sound like a Sinus infection to you? Any home remedies?

I have runny nose and some cough for the past 1 1/2 weeks, and for the past 2 days a part of my left eye (on the inner corner, closer to the nose) feels weird, like there’s some mucus in it. It’s kind of painful and when I close my eyes the left one automatically closes first. It happens about 2 hours a day and goes away, but the next day, it comes back.

i wet a towel with hot water and rest it over my face, it wont stop the pain for long but i temporarily helps. i usually have to take a benadryl or clariton to get it to go away for hours.
