Remedy For Sinus

Seniors do you suffer from Sinus infections, have you tried this home remedy?

I applied Mentholatum (sp) rub directly to the sinus areas under my eyes and next to my nose. the sinus infection bags were getting unsightly, then applied a hot damp face cloth to my entire face and inhaled the Mentholatum fumes as well. It stings a bit but I could actually see the swelling go down, It works like a charm for me.

I haven’t tried it but it’s sure worth remembering.

Another thing that helps is using a saline nasal spray daily. It’s non-addictive like many of the medicated ones… and works on the same premise of the netti-pot.
