Natural Cures For Sinus
I got this medical problem. I don’t know what it is.?
It is associated with stress, but I don’t know if stress is the cause or is just an influence. When I have something hard to do, my muscles become tight and my heart speeds up. Even if I’m very enthusiastic about the work, I still get this reaction. Later I feel a little pressure in my head and my skin raises in temperature and gets wet. Later, my Sinuses heart and my gums are bleeding easily. If it gets worse, I throw up and after that I get a relief. I have to realize in time that I enter this pattern of reactions and go to sleep. Sleep it’s a natural cure for this state. If I experience this at the problem at the highest intensity, I wake up with a little rigidity at the back of my neck.
Interesting, I get easily in this state if I eat spicy food or with onions or drink alcohol (like two glasses of wine).

I think your right. It sounds like mental stress to me. I experience some of the same symptoms occasionally when I’m worried about the outcome of a difficult project. When I have to do something, that I’m not sure about, and I don’t have much time to get it done, I feel a rise in temperature, like a fever. Once I start working on the problem and see a solution in sight, the symptoms go away. The solution to your problem is to remove the trigger for the stress. Fear seems to be the trigger. We create these triggers from experiences in the past. The experience creates a memory that comes back to haunt us. The memory contains energy that manifests as physical reactions to the remembering the past experiences. In most cases they are unconscious memories. If you remove the energy from the memory then the trigger effect is gone. There is a natural method to remove these energy triggers, mantra meditation. Better know as Transcendental Meditation.
