Natural Remedy For Sinus

Does anyone have a natural remedy for allergies?
I am allergic to my parent’s wood stove, and since I am here until after Thanksgiving I would like to find something better to take than benedryl/advil cold and Sinus/etc.
The allergies are pretty severe: itchy eyes, sneeze attacks and interfering with my asthma (itchy lung sensation and wheezing).

I have had the best luck with Stinging nettles in the Liquid, (I think Gaia makes the best brand) and a neti pot, or bottle of nasal saline (from any druggist) will help too – use as directed on the bottle
Nettle is a pretty decent alternative to antihistamines without the groggy factor.
