Home Remedies for Sinus Infection?
I went to the doctor Sunday and got on antibiotics, decongestants, expectorants etc. but two days later, I’m feeling absolutely terrible. I’m incredibly congested, achey and tired. Do you know any home remedies that can help?
Funny, I was just reading in a journal about a sinus infection study done in Europe. People got better just a fast without the antibiotics as with them. I would highly recommend a good soak in a warm to hot bath, and/or a steam bath if you have access. Warm moist air really helps me.
