Remedy For Sinus

Home remedies for nasal congestion/stuffy nose???

I woke up this morning with a nasty cold. The worst part is the Sinus pain from the nasal congestion. I have read that it may be swelling in the membranes instead of excess mucus build up. Either way, how do I get rid of this, or atleast lessen the pressure? I have taken some Tylenol and a 1 Tylenol Sinus pills today but without much relief. I just want to be able to sleep! Help me please…..

Whenever I have problem with my Sinuses, either runny or stuffy, I pop a couple of alfalfa tablets. they are all natural (because of other meds I’m on I can’t take any sinus pills) and they really do clear me up. The only downfall is that they smell like my rabbit’s food. You can find them by the vitamins in most stores.
