Remedy For Sinus

Sinus infection? Headaches daily?

I quit smoking a year ago and since then I have had headaches daily. I have been to the doc multiple times, been on antibiotics, mucinex and sudafed, bought a netty pot, dramamine for nausea. Have had some relief but now bad again. Headaches all of the time, some nausea, pain in temples and teeth (thats how I know at least part of it is Sinuses), pressure behind the eyes. The doc told me that its normal after quitting smoking to have sinus probs but this is really getting the best of me and effecting my everyday living. I am so tired of dealing w/the doc and not seeing any results and I really don’t like taking prescription meds. Does anyone know any good home/Natural Remedies, or over the counter meds? Would really appreciate any help.

It sounds to me, based on what you have shared, that you may need to see another doctor. Possibly an ENT (Ear Nose Throat specialist).

Unfortunately, I don’t have any other remedies, but it sounds like your doc may be grasping at straws trying to find something that works. Maybe another doc may be more familiar with this issue for you.
