Sinus Infection Home Remedy
Sinus Infection home remedies?
Aside from going to the doctor (they are booked for the next month, so I am looking for a new doctor). I purchased Advil Cold and Sinus, 200mg Ibuprofin and 30mg Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride. I feel like I need antibiotics, but until I can get to the doctor, I need to relieve this pressure on my head. The stuffy nose i don’t mind, but the pressure is killing me. I feel like my head is ready to explode. It’s in my forehead, left cheek, and behind my eye. I’m about 2 hours into my first 2 pills, and starting to feel some minor relief. Any other suggestions to help me?
This sounds kinda gross, but it really works. Go to WallyWorld “walmart” or a pharmacy and buy a Netty Pot. It looks like a little teapot and you put warm water (preferrable filtered or purified) in it and mix in the salt packet that comes with it. You tilt your head down and to the side, open your mouth and pour it into the top nostril. It runs through your sinus cavity and flushed everything out the other nostril. Do this over the sink please, it’s kinda messy. I guarantee that it’ll cut your infection down to just a day or two instead of a miserable week. It never hurts to do a maintenance treatment every week or so, as well. It helps out with seasonal hay fever and other allergies, too. Like I said, it sounds gross, but I swear on my pet seamonkey’s grave that it’ll work!!!!!!
